The story of Paul & Shark
This brand was founded in 1975 by the Dini family. It was during a trip that Paolo Dini came across a sail of a boat with an inscription “Paul & Shark”. The brand name was born.
Since then, the seafaring spirit has remained present in the brand’s identity. In particular with the Yachting range which combines elegance and sport thanks to very high quality fabrics.
Over the years, the brand became popular thanks to the quality of its clothing. Thanks to very precise selection criteria, the company selects high-end fabrics that are both technical and elegant.
In 1978, the brand unveiled a new model of sweater which would later become iconic. It is the model C0P918, a sweatshirt for the sea which is distinguished by its packaging in a metal tube. This tube is the “can” and is used in the marine world.

Over the years, the brand becomes more and more popular. The elegance and quality of the collections make it possible to conquer many fashion fans. Today, the clothes are distributed in nearly 500 stores in more than 70 countries.
It has therefore become an iconic brand whose name is known to all fans of high-end men’s fashion. Despite its success, the brand has remained a family business currently run by the third Dini generation.
